Amul Dairy commemorated India’s 80th Independence Day with immense pride, patriotism, and a renewed resolve towards contributing to the nation’s future.
Dr. Amit Vyas, MD, Amul Dairy, hoisted the National Flag at the dairy premises in the presence of the Amul family, reaffirming our collective commitment to the values of unity, progress and nation-building.
As a meaningful step towards a greener and more sustainable tomorrow, Amul Dairy undertook Miyawaki tree plantation at Tribhuvandas Foundation (Tribhuvandas Foundation - TF Anand), symbolizing our unwavering commitment towards environmental responsibility and ecological conservation.
Under this initiative, more than 12,000 saplings will be planted across 4,000 square metres of land, creating a thriving green ecosystem for generations to come. With this, Amul Dairy has completed 15 Miyawaki plantation initiatives, planting over 24,000 trees through this innovative approach.
Continuing our larger commitment towards sustainability, Amul Dairy has also planted 1.29 crore trees across its milk shed areas, strengthening our vision of a greener India.
