Dr. Amit Vyas, MD Amul Dairy, graced 'SPROUT 2026', the 17th Annual Day Celebration of the College of Food Processing Technology & Bio Energy , Anand Agricultural University, Anand, as the Chief Guest. Dr. Vyas addressed the students and faculty members, highlighting the immense opportunities emerging in the food processing, dairy technology, bioenergy, and sustainable manufacturing sectors. He emphasized the importance of innovation, entrepreneurship, industry-academia collaboration, and technology-driven growth in shaping the future of India’s food industry. During his inspiring interaction with students, Dr. Vyas encouraged young minds to become job creators, embrace continuous learning, and contribute towards farmer empowerment, nutritional security, sustainability, and rural development through science and innovation. He also stressed the growing role of AI, automation, renewable energy, and value-added food processing in building a globally competitive and sustainable food ecosystem for the nation.
