Today, a group of students from the Stern School of Business, New York University, visited Amul Dairy, Anand, and the Chocolate Plant at Mogar, facilitated by Kapadwanj Kelavani Mandal. The delegation was warmly welcomed by the officials of Amul Dairy. Dr. Amit Vyas, Managing Director of Amul Dairy, delivered an insightful presentation covering Amul’s inspiring journey, plant operations, the pivotal role of grassroots-level farmers, and the impact of advanced technology on food quality and safety.
