Dr. Bhagwat Karad, Minister of State for Finance, Govt. of India, visited Amul and also went through different initiatives and innovations of Amul in details.

He expressed his happiness to visit Amul and witness different areas through which Amul is trying to uplift its farmers. He expressed that similar model is needed across India for other commodities also.
