Rear Admiral SP Lal, Additional Director General, Quality Assurance (WP) Ministry of Defence, New Delhi visited Amul Dairy, Anand on August 17th. He was accompanied by Captain CS Sati, Jt. Director, Directorate of Quality Assurance, New Delhi & Captain A Manhas, Quality Assurance Officer, Quality Assurance Establishment, Vadodara. The delegates were briefed the Amul Model and its impact on the life of the dairy farmers in India. They were taken for a plant visit and visited Dr. Kurien Award Gallery. He admired the work done by AMUL in Gujarat and India for the upliftment of the farmers.
